Hello Everyone!!

My name is Tracey Forsman – Welcome to my site!

As my tagline says, “teaching is not what I do – It’s who I AM! “

I am a life-long learner.

I have a BS in Elementary Education and an MS in Reading Education.  I am also certified in Special Education.

I have taught and substitute taught from preschool to adult education.  I worked a number of years in the human service arena with people with a wide range of developmental and mental health issues.  Along the way, I’ve also had some clerical experience, and even served as a volunteer firefighter!  I am currently retired and enjoying reading and learning as almost a full-time job!

I am a mother of two daughters ages 40 & 41 and grandmother of four, ages 8 – 19 (three girls and a boy).  I was a single mom from the time my girls were 5 & 6; and some of my fondest memories are of being their Girl Scout leader, as well as  a Cheer Leading (Volleyball, Softball, Band, Color Guard, Dance) Mom!
